Hi, Jeffrey. Money has, in the words of Amis, been 'optioned to death'. It's still under option, and I think it would make a great movie full of colour and pizazz, but don't hold your breath. Dead Babies and London Fields are also pending production indefinitely (see threads passim et ad infinitum). Gary Oldman was slated to play John Self and even went so far as to perfect a cough.
What is it you like about Money? It won the poll some time ago as unofficial MAD site favourite.
ps: Favourite Tim: Tim Spall (Mike Leigh veteran). Most underrated Tim : Tim Dalton (we British object to Bond being played by a postmodern Mick. As opposed to a Scottish nationalist, of course, albeit one who advertises Suntory Japanese 'Scotch' whisky.)
