You just don't *imagine* a kid like this; one has to experience "it," first-hand. When i asked daddy Marty if he were going to have another kid, he replied close to verbatim: >"I told my wife, {sic} (#1) if she planned to, don't let me see it until it's at least two and a half."<
Now let's not split hairs here: "Marmaduke" is based on actual genes of Martin Amis-DNA in action. And remember,"the good baby" vs."the evil baby?" Dad Marty had two too. Lord, there's all kinds of babies in this books; count 'em, starting with Dead B.....
